Direct Hire Agreement

After our initial call, we’ll send a Direct Hire Agreement for you to review and sign. This covers both single-role placements and ongoing, high-volume recruiting needs — giving you flexibility as your team grows. Once the agreement is signed, we’ll schedule a final intake call to gather the details needed to begin sourcing and outreach, officially kicking off your search.

Sourcing and Pre-Screening

Our recruiters personally handpick each candidate using a network-driven, relationship-based approach — not automated AI sourcing. We ensure every candidate aligns with your technical requirements, soft skills, and long-term goals. Each qualified candidate is pre-screened and presented with a detailed summary outlining their experience, background, and fit.

Interview and Offer

Speed is critical in today’s competitive market. You handle interview scheduling and offers — we keep communication flowing. Our team remains actively involved to maintain momentum, answer candidate questions, and ensure the process moves quickly and smoothly from start to finish.

Placement and Invoicing

Once your new hire officially joins the team, we finalize the placement and send the invoice. Our focus doesn’t end there — we stay in touch to ensure a seamless transition and successful integration for both you and your new employee.
