DriveHire Recruiting was founded by CEO Wesley Baker, who began her career in the automotive industry. What started as a focus on recruiting technical roles in the automotive space quickly grew into something broader. Over time, Wesley developed experience placing not only technicians and service managers, but also accountants, software engineers, office staff, B2B sales representatives, and both general and regional managers. That range of experience revealed one key truth: while industries differ, the common challenge every business faces is finding the right people at the right time.

At DriveHire, we believe recruiting is more than filling a vacancy.
